Created in 2008, the Stony Brook Young Investigators Review (SBYIR) began as an outlet for undergraduate researchers to publish their scientific work.
After a brief hiatus from 2012-2013, the current staff now has a much more ambitious goal: to provide a forum for students interested in science writing, to make science accessible to the general public, and to highlight the incredible work being done on campus by both faculty and undergraduates.
